Good Neighbour Award (GNA) was first launched in 2009 to recognise HDB estate residents who go the extra mile to enrich their community with simple gracious and neighbourly acts. Organised for the third year running, the GNA 2011 continues its search for residents who have made a difference in the lives of their neighbours and enliven their community with their glowing acts. This year, with the addition of “Private Estate” category. We hope the spirits of Good Neighbourliness would be able to reach out to a wider spectrum of residents.
